This full body, fast paced workout is designed with a weight loss goal in mind. You can burn up to 800 calories in this signature session, PLUS you will be burning extra calories up to 36 hours later!! You will leave feeling accomplished!
This strength based workout is designed for isolated strength and muscle hypertrophy. LFT trainers will work out one body part at a time and push the muscle to failure. You will leave feeling pumped!
This full body workout is designed for long, lean muscles and overall body tone. LFT trainers will incorporate cardio and high repetition strength exercises that are geared towards shedding body fat and gaining lean muscle. You will leave feeling sexy!
The majority of our population remain in a seated position daily and develop compromised posture with especially tight neck, back and hip muscles to name only a few. LFT personal trainers will customize this signature session to fit your needs with posture, flexibility and overall muscle activation in mind. You will leave the tension behind!
PAIR IT UP
We know many people enjoy working out with a partner so we designed our semi-private signature session just for you! This full body workout is designed for two so you can have fun while burning calories. You will leave feeling connected!
1/2 HOUR PICK 2 SESSION
Perfect for when you’re short on time or just want to target specific areas. You will “Pick 2” muscle groups to focus on during your 1/2 hour session*.
